Dead lock release fail open and monitored. For use in conjunction with dead bolt locks. When the door is opened the jaw rotates through 90 degrees and stays in this position until the door is closed. Contacts are fitted to show door open/closed state. The release requires constant power and fails open in the event of loss of power. Operates on 12v d.c
