The VESDA Power Supply is capable of providing operating power, including battery backup, for the entire line of VESDA by Xtralis Aspirating Smoke Detectors. The VESDA Power Supply has been designed to power a single unit to multiple units depending on application needs. It provides 24 volt operating power to the VESDA system as well as a battery charger function that supervises and maintains the standby batteries.
5 Amp This power supply is designed for VESDA subracks or multiple detector installations. With a 5 amp EN54-4 charger, space internally for up to 38amp/hr batteries and 4 separate fused outputs, this is a very versatile unit. The front cover supports 2 LED's to provide visual indication of Healthy status or fault condition. Various knockouts exist to provide convenient cabling access to subracks or detectors.
