Dantech, DA258, 16-Way Relay within Mild Steel Enclosure
A universal relay unit with sixteen independent DPCO relays on two PCBs. 12V DC operation. The unit also has an inhibit line that de-energises all 8 relays on a PCB when pulled high.
Typical uses include changing the polarity of signals, switching higher currents and voltages. It can also be used as an interface between different systems e.g. Intruder alarm to access control or fire alarm to access control.
This unit can also be useful when the control of a number of components (e.g. door locks) need to be over-ridden by another system (e.g. a fire panel).
