Honeywell (6500RS) Conventional Optical Beam Smoke Detector W/ Servo Test

Non-Addressable reflective IR beam detector, complete with reflector for up to 70 Metres. Use BEAM-LRK for 70 to 100 Metres. Unit supplied with servo test facility.

The 6500RS is a conventional reflector- type linear optical beam smoke detectors designed to operate as a component of a conventional fire alarm system. They operate primarily on the principle of light obscuration utilising an infra-red beam. Optical beam smoke detectors are particularly appropriate for protecting buildings with large open spaces such as warehouses, atriums etc.
