The VESDA Power Supply is capable of providing operating power, including battery backup, for the entire line of VESDA by Xtralis Aspirating Smoke Detectors. The VESDA Power Supply has been designed to power a single unit to multiple units depending on application needs. It provides 24 volt operating power to the VESDA system as well as a battery charger function that supervises and maintains the standby batteries.
2 Amp This is the premier unit within the range. Designed with the same foot print, colour and layout as the LaserPLUS and LaserSCANNER, the power supply will visually blend with the detectors. Internally is an EN54-4 compatible Power Supply, battery space is available for 7, 12 or 14 amp/hr battery back up dependant on the load and back up time required. With regard to installation, cable entry knockouts all line up with the LaserPLUS and LaserSCANNER enclosure allowing positioning of the power supply directly adjacent to the detector.
