FIREscape lite is a highly cost-effective and environmentally friendly range of self-contained emergency lighting luminaires and exit signs, utilising the latest LED technology and featuring a uniquely designed ‘step-down’ transformer which allows them to be mains-driven.

This kit provides a self-contained, self-diagnosing 20m exit sign (with a ‘right’ arrow) and comprises:

Step-Down Transformer:

The step-down transformer is used when converting the existing FIREscape luminaires and exit signs into mains-driven, stand-alone lighting units.

• Combines with spacer and mounting base
• Features flying leads to connect to mounting base and mains lighting circuit (includes cable crimps)
• Low profile only 4mm

20m Frame:

A 20m emergency exit sign frame which features a bi-coloured status LED indicating charge/ fault status (green for charging, red for fault). The frames require an exit sign lens (see below).

Exit Sign Lens IS07010 Right:

A 20 meter exit sign lens designed to fit the 20 meter exit sign frame. BS5266 compliant and viewable at 20 meters.

• Visable at 20 meters
• Fixes to 20 meter frame
• Maintained by default

Spacer:

The spacer combines with the step-down transformer and mounting base when converting the FIREscape luminaires and exit signs into mains-driven, stand-alone units.

• Low profile – only 16mm

Mounting Base:

The mounting base, combines with the step-down transformer and spacer when converting the FIREscape luminaires and exit signs into mains driven stand-alone units.

• Stainless steel contacts
• Low profile – only 8 mm

Battery:

An intelligent rechargeable Lithium/Polymer back-up battery for use with both luminaires and exit signs within the FIREscape range. 

• 450 mAh/7.4 V
• For use with luminaires and exit signs
• Incorporates deep discharge protection circuitry
• Provides the BS5266 minimum 3 hour back-up time
