OV-HD01, ASGARD HD Decoder - IP Decoder

The BBV ASGARD HD Decoder is a standalone unit, which facilitates the streaming of camera images from one or more Cisco media servers or other manufacturers NVRs or cameras, without the need of a PC. This enables display monitors to be mounted remotely around the premises or network. The unit is controlled by simple CGI commands from control workstations or hand held devices.

The strength of the ASGARD HD Decoder is in its flexibility and simplicity driving a standalone monitor, easily deployed without the need for any other control equipment. By attaching a HDMI or composite monitor, the ASGARD HD Decoder will be display any of the cameras on the system. Cameras maybe selected by a CGI commands to display the required picture. These can be displayed in full screen or quad.

Applications include local viewing of video in retail outlets, education facilities, transport, banking halls and financial institutions.
